17 hours (8 ½ each leg, including an hour refuel and boarding in Dakar - JNB passengers cannot leave the plane) is a guelling experience unless flying Business Class. Longest flight I have ever taken and will never do it again. If there are kids in the party, get ready for an unforgettable slog in time/space.
