I was in there twice on my recent trip on CX connecting in HKG of course.
The staff member who escorts you to the cabana tells you that you have 90 minutes and IIRC, there is also a sign on the long table.
Thankfully, despite both arrivals at 05:00, I chose to relax, do work, have breakfast and then when the "crowds" left, I had the cabana to myself.
So, if you plan on using it with your spouse/partner etc, noise may be less of an issue than the time limit. LOL
