I've found the same thing here in AB...they have some great sales in their flyers, and their regular stuff...you just have to know your prices.

I bought my last two Palms and my last two computers there. They have a really good computer department. I've had great service and would definitely buy there again.

The Palm pilot before this one seemed to have screen sensitivity problems after the year was up and I had purchased an extended warranty and had it replaced. The same thing happened later on, and while they didn't have to replace it a second time under the fine print of the warranty, they did without question.
