I'm trying to figure out our summer 2018 vacation plans and thought I'd ask the experts here for some advice.

We plan to do a safari in South Africa, which would require us flying into Johannesburg. We are also debating another stop or two. Perhaps Mauritius (not sure it's worth it to travel across the globe for a beach vacation) or somewhere else completely (Morocco?). Cape Town maybe, too. Something kid friendly (our kids will be 5 that July and 3 that September) and grandpa friendly. Plus there will be 3 to 4 other adults.

We'd like to use our miles for as many business saver tickets we can get, ideally at least 5. We have to go during summer break (mid-june to mid-aug).

We typically like adventures, absorbing local culture, eating, and drinking.

Thoughts on destinations and routes that:
- typically have large biz availability?
- would be kid and senior friendly?

Any strategies for approaching this trip?
