Hmmm... 3 weeks later and still no reply. I suspect the reason for the delay is that they have formed an internal committee to review and evaluate the issues I raised. At this point, I suspect they have probably had a task force weighing various alternative solutions, and are delaying their reply until they can deliver a definitive plan which addresses the subject of my e-mail.

I can't wait. I bet the reply will be incredibly thorough, with exhibits, attachments, etc. Maybe they will even want to fly me to Atlanta to ensure my "buy-in" on the final result.
