I would like to do SFO-LHR-ZRH and return VCE-LHR-SEA. Is that allowed?
I think the open jaw part is the least of your problems. The journey has to originate from and end in the country of membership with the exception of the UK where one-way journeys are allowed. As I don't think there are any US Amex 2-4-1s I don't think you'll be able to start your trip in the US.
