Sorry to hear about your problem.

The front office manager is a good place to start as another poster already mentioned. They can advise you on your best options
Also the wonderful folks at Hyatt Gold Passport in Omaha who will assist you in any situation like this .While you are on location at the property.
Its all in the terms and conditions as to what can be done.
With that said many a Hyatt property will work with you if it is important to you and its at all possible.

My loyalty to Hyatt goes way beyond the program itself .
And the program is a powerful reason right there.
They simply have many good hotels with better customer service.
Hyatt hires better and trains better then most.
Great promotions/benefits
Excellent customer service
A company you buy in confidence from.
They stand behind their product or will make it right.


My suggestion is step up to Diamond down the road and really see the difference.
Good luck I hope they take care of your situation.
Usually they will come through if you are nice enough
