From the APFA guidelines:

Marijuana is a drug listed in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. The Department of Transportation’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulation – 49 CFR Part 40 – does NOT authorize the use of marijuana for any reason even though many states are legalizing recreational marijuana and/or medical marijuana.

It remains UNACCEPTABLE for any Flight Attendant subject to drug testing under the Department of Transportation’s drug testing regulations to use marijuana even if the state you live in passed either recreational or medical marijuana initiatives.
