Can we keep the AC hatred remarks back on this side of the 49th.
Good job CO, I think they deserve it. Although I have never flown them, the company markets realistic expectations, focuses on value all customers can appreciate (ontime flights, professional service with a smile, decent frequent flyer program).
CO holds up incredibly well against Southwest, the Texan neighbor. Want a good comparison, look at CO customer service response in IAH compared to US Air response in PHL.
