As new Asia Miles member flying CX sometimes and have a lot of questions. Thanks in advance for your help and time!

1) Is award inventory on CX flights the same with AA miles as Asia Miles? Do Marco Polo member have more inventory, and if so, what levels?

2) When I fly CX, I would normally credit my miles to AA (especially since I'm EXP). Does CX track my flight activity as an AA elite - and it there any way I could get sectors credit or something while still getting AA miles verses Asia Miles? If I fly CX a lot as an AA elite, will CX notice?

3) What is the best Asia Miles credit card option for residents of the USA? I saw an old post about the Ebay CC - stating a conversion rate of 1 Ebay point = 1.15 Asia Miles. When did the conversion rate change (apart from the current promotion, the rate is a LOT lower now)? Does the Starwood Amex remain the only good way for US members to earn Asia Miles?

4) When I redeem an Asia Miles award, can the ticket be refunded (miles redeposited) for a fee? Can dates be changed (pending availability)?
