Had a new issue. Wanted some opinions on the next step. Had a meeting a FS Marriott. (actually attended since I was spending the night) Didn't get the points after about 4 weeks so I emailed them on Tuesday. They apologized and said they were encountering an error and would fix it right away. Today my points posted but not via the group booking tool. They just say bonus points so of course that doesn't trigger the nights. I want to contact them but not sure the best approach as I don't want to draw attention to a $100 meeting giving 10 nights.
I completely understand your hesitancy in bringing attention to this, but I'm sure you could contact them and say that your contracted rewards for using Marriott event space didn't seem to post correctly.
