There's Lyngen Lodge, which is a couple hour drive on the E6 west of Alta. I haven't stayed there, but have passed by and it is in a lovely setting.

It may not meet the luxury standards of this forum in the smallish rooms, but f&b seems to get good marks and the management is very hands on.
