Does anyone know how far in advance Hertz booking can be made? And whether the answer is different for points booking versus cash booking.

Just tried dummy booking for summer 2018 and as their website accepted the dates I assume booking is possible more than a year in advance.

Reason I am asking is that I would like to have a points booking using standard reward rates and as I already know the travel dates I want to make it as soon as possible.
