Chargeback = account frozen?

I have been overcharged by a property. I gave feedback on the app which resulted in "Guest Assistance" telling me that they have passed it to the property to deal with.

Assuming that nothing happens, can I go through the chargeback process with my credit card company, or will that result in my Hilton Honors account being frozen?
