From my understanding, hotels that offer 250 points for MAGC will still offer basic housekeeping services such as vacuum cleaning, bin-clearing, bed-making and amenity (ie shampoo, tea bags, bottled water) refills. No towels and linens will be changed, though.
For properties that offer 500 points, there will be zero housekeeping services, period. Housekeeping won't even enter your room. At least that's my experience.
