Second the above, The Pier has the best facilities. Not that any of them are bad and are actually better than most other lounges on the planet.
As for how busy it will be, 0610 is just before the rush. By 0700 it starts to get very full as there are a huge number of CX flights between 0800 and 0900. After that it quietens down again.
