As you will see, on both the 734 and 73G, if you're seated in the first rows of Coach, unless your camera angle is facing forward you'll probably have to deal with a bit of engine cowling in your picture. As such, you may want to consider sitting towards the very back of the airplane where oddly enough AS's seat charts indicate an extra inch of legroom (33" pitch) and so long as your camera is facing down, you shouldn't get much if any wing.
As for getting three seats to yourself, well, hopefully your flight will be lightly booked because otherwise there's no way to guarantee such a request and it's highly unlikely you'll find any AS agents that would block a whole 3 seat row of Coach for you without a very substantial bribe!
