Stayed here for 4 nights using C+P. Booked 2 rooms and applied 2x DSU.

Suites were huge. I think 900sqft+. The bathroom was amazing and the waterfall shower was consistent with warm water. Hard product was great. I agree with other users that the lights switches did not make any sense at all in the room. The thermostat worked well in one room and A/C was very good. In the other room, A/C stayed on 24/7 but room was always warm. Also, during one evening, we turned on a floor lamp only to have a circuit breaker trip for the whole room. Called the butler team and they managed to reset the breaker for us. I had no issues with the comforter and it did not feel thin.

Service - hit or miss. Check in was good and smooth. Butler team escorted us to the room. At check in, the butler team said everything in the fridge that was non-alcoholic would be comped (Vos water, soda, juices). If we ran out, they would also deliver more drinks. Furthermore, they delivered fresh fruit every evening during turnover service. We were provided with two bottles of complementary red wine in our room as a welcome gift too. During our room "blackout" the butler team wrote an apology letter and gave us another bottle of red wine as an apology. Loved the butler team especially when they provided a complementary housemade blueberry cheesecake for my birthday. Absolutely amazing.

Breakfast - There are so many options at breakfast and the food was very good. I had the eggs benedict and found it very good. Service was a miss - too many guests with not enough servers.

Pool - Very nice and clean. This hotel does not require a shower cap, but they would prefer people to use it. The pool has 2 hot tubs on opposite ends. Pretty neat feature. Lockers were very nice and easy to use.

English - No issues with staff speaking English.

Bar - It has nice views. I would recommend checking it out during happy hour for the views. Cocktails were ~$25 though. Way too expensive in my opinion.

Loved the hotel. I give it about 4.5 stars. Very good property
