I fly UA but I thought I would experience DeltaOne SFO-JFK tonight
#2521 but received a call just now that the aircraft was downgraded to a 757 with regular F seats. No full flat bed. My husband and I aren't now sitting together either. Disappointed is an understatement. We will each be given a $1000 voucher for the inconvenience.
I'd rather have the seat instead of the voucher. Not happy!
