So booked daughter on ecom/First/Bus AA award flight SFO-PDX-DFW-FRA for summer vacation with her boyfriend.

AS389 6am departure, so looked up on AS website when checkin desks opened as unable to OLCI due to Intl travel. Website shows change to Terminal2 for PDX Palm-springs departures starting 1st July.

Flight status overnight showed AS389 departing from gate 93 (?? since its in G term not A).
Just assumed error.

Helped daughter to checkin and departure board for AA389 and the proceeding SEA flights going from 50A and 50B (terminal 2). Agents insisted flights were from A terminal and to look out for a gate announcement

GA confirmed plane had been delivered to Terminal2 overnight, and it was needing to be towed to A5.

That delayed flight by 40mins (along with usual low cloud delays at SFO.)

Also, the checkin agents were not aware of the switch to Term2 for some flight starting 1st July.....
