So Im going to Seattle in July for 3 nights for pleasure and can use Hyatt points (45K) for 3 free nights at Grand Hyatt or Chase points (79K) for 3 free nights at the Four Seasons.

Havent been to either and on the surface it would appear I should go to FS, but I wanted to ask people who have been to one or both what they recommend.

Location, comfort, amenities, service, dining, etc..... whats the better choice?
