The screener who deliberately blocked the pax view of her bag while she was being groped should also be investigated. With one screener caught and another report that was ignored by a supervisor, it's possible that there are multiple TSOs working as a team.

Where are the LTSO and STSOs? If there's this much theft going on at their checkpoints, they are either incompetent or involved. Either way, if TSA cared about a workforce with integrity, they'd have someone outside the control of the FSD reviewing all tapes involving anyone working that checkpoint that day.
