Tdrag97, get a quote from car rental companies on a one-way rental from SEA to either downtown (DT) Vancouver or Victoria. Then you could either rent a car one-way DT Vancouver to SEA or take Amtrak.
If they quote you the "RU Crazy?" rate, then surrender to the parking fees of Vancouver.
