I'm an SE and all flights are on AC metal except for one shorthaul segment on LH. The agents claim is that the $300 YQ is for this 1 hour LH flight and the website missed it.
Does this not sound absurd?? Even if I were to agree that the YQ is correct, why would the taxes be calculated differently on the website vs their call center?
Sounds like they are charging some YQ that SEs are exempt of?
