I first found this site in 2009 or so. The reason I found it was this exact same F***ing issue. You'd get your flights, you'd enter all the credit card info for the taxes....BOOM. Timed out. I called AC and all they did was shake me down for another $50 bucks.

THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THIS ISSUE. This is a scam. This is why I get angry at AC sometimes.

Judge asks how this can be possible your user name was created in 2014. I basically took a year off of the internet as I had a child, moved back to America and forgot my User Name and password. Deep breathes.

AC has made much improvement since 2009. Some of the old dragons were fired, let go, retired, put out to pasture, some things have changed for the better.
