The lounge access rules aren't clear. They say a StarA partner ticket can only access the club in the departure city, but United Business ticket holders can access the lounge at any point of their journey on the day of travel. Which category would I be considered when I land at IAD?

There is a LH Lounge in IAD, you may have better luck there @:-)
