I was upgraded in advance twice into SFO as a PM last year from DTW (on Tuesday night though). Upgraded once as a DM earlier this year from MSP (Friday night) for the second-to-last seat on a F24 aircraft. LAX-SFO and LAX-OAK for me have been 100% as a silver and above.

Also got a 767 with lie-flats ATL-SFO last year using a RUC confirmed at the time of booking! :-)
