any recourse to agency not having your car?
So I rented from Advantage prior, at SNA, a convertible, and it went fine. I thought I'd do the same at SAN but they didn't have it. The guy there actually had made me another reservation at another agency, saying they had it, which was a big fat lie. Anyway, it ended up one agency at the center did have it, but the guy at Advantage refused to say they'd pay any difference in price (it was 3x the price I booked).
Is there any recourse? There isn't another class like the convertible. I wanted/needed a convertible.
