Not actually the Platinum Service Line, I'm only Silver. The way I understand (how it used to work, anyway) is if you call the general KLM number from any of the core European countries it will prompt you to enter your FB number. If you're Elite (Silver and up) it connects you to a different queue with presumable higher quality agents. Indeed, when I called, the first thing the agent said was good day Mr YYC, I see that you are FB Silver, how may I assist?

If this is not the case, well, if I got this kind of service from the main number those of you in EU should be thankful and appreciative that you are able to get these sort of people working the lines!
