Concierge verified rate (which was the same that I had gotten from the property's website), terms of offer, and asked for my CC #. Concierge provided the confirmation number and his name. Confirmation email came less than 10 minutes after we ended the call. Total call time 16 minutes. Very pleased with experience so far.
