Upgrade chances into SFO from ATL, DTW, MSP compared?
Scenario: F4 @ ~T-24 on potential connections from each of the above cities into SFO; all else is equal.

Purely from the perspective of upgrade potential, which would you choose first, second, last? (Potential bonus points: discuss why, and consider the possibility of a further SDC at the connection point while sitting in the lounge, purely to wait for an F seat).
