I do not have the link on my main page. I did a little trial and error, but figured it out in the end. You need to log in first, get to the main page (where it shows your status and all the links) and copy that URL and go from there. Otherwise it may give you can error.

This is what worked for me. I also don't have the UPDATE option (I have Nexus) in my profile. I followed the link and it magically appeared.

Btw, I just got my new US passport with regular processing through the post office, and it took 2 weeks!!!
