Got my new six digit MH confirmation code, and it works OK. I'm flying on an AA award single PNR ticket: CX-MH-QF. The MH confirmation code is the same as the CXs, whilst QF uses the original AA confirmation code. The MH information now is very thorough, nicely laid out.
