I booked 7 award nights at JW Grosvenor House. The occupancy is listed as maximum 2, but that cribs are allowed. Will they allow us to stay here my wife and I and our baby? (1 year old) Do I need to email and confirm? Does anyone have this property's email address? Thanks.
If you want to confirm a crib, yes. You could contact Marriott reservations & ask them to note your account or give you an email address or, if you have Skype, call the property during the day & get someone onsite to confirm the crib request. I don't think they're including a 1-year old in the 2 person occupancy.
