The Altitude Reserve has an effective $75 AF if you can manage enough travel to earn all $325 in travel credits, which is less than the CSR and other similar cards. I could see it being worth it for the right person especially if one can take full advantage of the mobile wallet bonus. On the other hand, UR and MR seem way more flexible than the Altitude's point system, so that needs to be weighed as well.

For me I actually eat out quite a bit and as a lot of restaurants still take cards away despite supporting the chip (and presumably NFC, but good luck with that), the 3x for mobile wallet use isn't all that valuable.
I actually paid many times at restaurants with Samsung Pay, people were really surprised that it was possible.
