Not only a pharmacy but they also sell cosmetics, food (processed), seasonal/gardening goods, limited sports equipment, homewares & small appliances and of course all sorts of electronics/entertainment/computer equipment in a seperate part of the store. Think of them as a small version of some U.S. drug store chains. They're trying to capture the market for people who are not primarily shopping for groceries (primarily meat and fresh produce).

Prices are not necessary the lowest - you just have to know your prices. Certainly not worth driving across town unless they have something at an irresistible price. You can ask for a raincheck if the items are out of stock. I am sort of blessed with living only 8 minutes walk from one.
