I have found the 2 A/C behind Club pretty good - however, you might also like to consider the C seat immediately behind this row - It only has 2 seats in front, and has seemed to me to have more legroom (into the aisle) and feels quite open and spacious ....

Exit rows also work, but you will almost certainly have a full compliment of seat-opponents on either side
