Euro shorthaul Y seating

I am off on an ex LIS tomorrow. As a precursor to my flight in F to HKG, I am flying LHR-LIS in Y. As things presently stand I am in the 1st row of econ which is A-C 2 abreast C seating. However, I could switch to one of the two exit rows further back which are 3-3. I got the impression that the exit rows don't have more legroom so I am better off where I am.

Any thoughts if anyone is prepared to admit to knowing the layout of the rear cabin.
