I should mention, in case I am not clear - you do not need to pick up your luggage at T1 if you arriving from a domestic or international flight. You go straight from your gate to the bus to the T2 reclaim carousel. Your bag will be transferred there by specially-assigned AC bag runners. The timeliness of its appearance is the question, and is an issue we are working on.
