I've flown them a few times over the last year or so and I thought their ground services and lounge in Zurich were excellent. The First Lounge in the E pier especially so. As for their onboard service, I've only been on the 77W so can't comment across the entire fleet, but I found the seat, food and beverages and service to be excellent.

I certainly wouldn't say it wasn't exceptional in any way - I'd save that designation for United Global First and BA First!
