I have not get air Asia to give me the reference number of the refund. I have a felling Air Asia verified and approved my refund request . And that's all and they closed the case #.

I am not able to obtain any detail information from Air Asia. Without reference number, there is nothing Chase can do for me at this point due to my account is in active over 90 days .
