The A330's were not delivered with crew-rest modules.

The A332's are however equipped with a crew rest compartment with two bunks located near the cockpit entry door. These are for the cockpit crew only I believe.

IIRC when the A332s were being delivered back in the 2009 the FA union was pushing for a crew rest bunk to be made available but nothing came of it.
