What a shame BA has become so poor for service,and lack of care for it's 'customers'.Will BA still be around in a few years time?
From everything I have been reading over the last year or two, it seems to me that BA really sucks these days (its strange too, because I use to think of BA as a shining light in a sea of darkness).
