I know for sure that there is no credit rating issue unless it is a prolonged default. Finance fees / interest charges will only be shown when the bank runs your next statement cycle. And it depends on banks, ANZ and CIMB give a certain number of 'grace' days and there is no charge posted. Other banks may post the charge and you can normally call (YMMV) to get that waived once posted.
