Booked 5 nights on points in early January 2018 and wanted to inquire about cost to upgrade to cottage room. I'm Gold so I imagine there would be a chance of being upgraded, but might just go ahead and secure Cottage room so we can have the hot tub on the balcony.
I emailed concierge several days ago with no response, so figured I'd try another email address.
You could call the property & ask about the cost to upgrade vs. relying on email.
