The CS300 you're talking about had a tech problem with the left engine, and then the right engine on a separate flight. Once on a flight to London, the other on a flight to Italy. Both times rerouted to ZRH where they have the best tech facilities to repaire this aircraft...
I guess soon GVA will be better equipped for the CS Series, and also such issues will be ironed out.
I know the CS100's had quite a few tech issues in the very beginning, now everything seems smooth and reliable, so I wouldn't worry too much.
