OK, my understanding is that it is a full refund including the Avios on the same basis as the cash component. The relevant clause is number 10 in the Conditions of Use: "When Avios have been used as part payment, the Avios will be refundable only where the fare is refundable". To the best of my knowledge it is only refunded as Avios, never as a cash equivalent.

If it's not there after a week or two, I would call up. Or DM via Twitter.
