This thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...s-avios-9.html has some more up-to-date information on missing Avios/TP for RJ flights. It still seems that these flights need some gentle (or not-so-gentle) nudging to post correctly.

My LHR-AMM-BKK flights took 2 months and 4 days to post - 1 month waiting before claiming; 1 month waiting after sending the form to the "badocuments" email address to get a "rejected" decision, and then 4 days after contacting BAMissingAvios on here to get the Avios/TPs posted. Unless you need the Avios or TPs urgently my advice is just to chill and let the process take its tortuous course.
