Indeed, my reading was 'exceptionally average'
LX is a different breed of first class...it's not ostentatious, the cabin crew don't fawn, service is understated luxury, well... Swiss style!
You might get the bells and whistles on Asian carriers, but the quality of the food and amenities on LX is pretty good.
