I live in the US and I requested Chase closing one of the account . I have no problem with Chase bank.

Chase Representative is very helpful and helps me to see the details of my old credit account. I was told if Chase can located where is the refund money, Chase can move the credit to my current active account .

At this point , I have no idea if Air Aisa did a refund or not. Air Asia chatting agent insists the refund was done on 6/2/2017. but can not give me any detail about the refund at all.
